A construction ERP is one system for the whole business: general ledger, job costing, procurement, subcontractor payments, payroll and reporting, with construction rules built in. In the UK that means CIS, reverse charge VAT, retention and applications for payment. In the US it means AIA billing, WIP schedules and job cost by phase and cost code.
