Chaque fois qu’une dépense ou une demande de paiement est saisie, Planyard met automatiquement à jour le contrat et le budget. Il avertit également si les données ne correspondent pas ou si la facture ne s’additionne pas.

Gérez vos retenues de garantie et vos prépaiements de contrat.

Vous pouvez définir la retenue de garantie pour le contrat et la faire automatiquement retenir avec chaque rapport d’avancement. Lorsque la période de garantie est terminée, libérez la retenue de garantie. Après cela, un rapport sera envoyé automatiquement à la comptabilité.

Lorsque les sous-traitants vous demandent de les payer à l’avance, indiquez-le dans le contrat. Une fois cela fait, le sous-traitant peut le déduire automatiquement de chaque rapport d’avancement.
