You can upload your contracts, terms, and related documents to Planyard to keep them attached to the right project and job.
Whenever an expenditure or valuation is entered, Planyard automatically updates the contract and budget. It also warns if the data doesn’t match or the invoice doesn’t add up.
You can set the retention for the contract and have it automatically held back with each progress report. When the warranty period is over, release the retention. After you do that, a report will be sent to accounting automatically.
When the subcontractors require you to pay them in advance, mark it in the contract. When you have done this, the subcontractor can deduce it from each progress report automatically.
