Does Planyard track subcontractor insurance and RAMS?

No. Planyard covers tenders, orders, payment applications and performance ratings, but not compliance documents. Use a compliance or health and safety tool alongside it for insurance certificates, RAMS and accreditations.

Do subcontractors need a Planyard account?

No. Subcontractors get a link by email and submit their bids and payment applications through it. They do not need to create a login.

Does it work with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage?

Yes. Approved subcontractor invoices sync to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or MYOB from the Essential plan, so nobody re-keys them. Planyard records the labour and materials split; your accounting system makes the CIS deduction and files the return.
