Does Planyard track subcontractor insurance and safety documents?

No. Planyard covers bids, subcontracts, pay applications and performance ratings, but not compliance documents. Use a compliance or safety tool alongside it for certificates of insurance and safety plans.

Do subcontractors need a Planyard account?

No. Subcontractors get a link by email and submit their bids and pay applications through it. They do not need to create a login.

Does it work with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage?

Yes. Approved subcontractor invoices sync to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage or MYOB from the Essential plan, so nobody re-keys them.
