Creating a bid request is easier than sending one via e-mail. You enter your subject and description, select the documents you want to share with your subcontractors and select the subcontractors from your subcontractor database.
The subcontractors then submit their bids with the structure you defined. They can also make changes to prices, job descriptions, and quantities themselves. When analyzing, you are highlighted by the changes to quantities and prices.
