Behandle fakturaer i flere valutaer raskt

Når du mottar en kjøpsfaktura i en annen valuta, velger du ganske enkelt valutaen fra rullegardinmenyen, og Planyard vil automatisk bruke gjeldende valutakurs. Fordel kostnadene til de relevante budsjettpostene og send inn. Planyard vil deretter opprette en prosjektledergodkjent faktura i flere valutaer i regnskapsprogramvaren din, som QuickBooks eller Xero.

I prosjektbudsjettvisningen konverteres fakturaverdien til budsjettvalutaen for enkel kostnadsovervåking. Et enkelt ikon viser at fakturaen er godkjent i flere valutaer, og regnskapsføreren kan senere justere valutakursen om nødvendig.
