Mal for kostnadsverdiavstemming (CVR)

Kostnadsverdiavstemming (CVR) utføres for å overvåke og måle utgifter mot budsjetter i byggeprosjekter.

De gir innsikt i status og lønnsomhet for prosjektene mens de er i gang. Dette gjør det mulig for byggefirmaer å ta viktige økonomiske beslutninger og redusere risiko.

Et alternativ ville være å utføre denne analysen ved slutten av prosjektet. Imidlertid kan det være svært risikabelt for kontantstrømmen hvis det utsettes til slutten av prosjektet.

CVR-oppgaver delt opp i mindre leveranser

Arbeidet kan struktureres, med prosjektets kostnadskodeformat som hjelper til med å dele det opp i mindre leveranser (f.eks. fundamenter og installasjoner, støttestrukturer, fasader osv.).

Planyard anbefaler å følge den kronologiske rekkefølgen av oppgavene. Dette kan beskrives som å strukturere kostnadene basert på aktiviteter på stedet, som vist i eksempelet nedenfor. En slik oppdeling gjør det mulig for ledelsen å følge prosjektets lønnsomhet i faser, slik at når du allerede er midt i prosjektet, vil du vite om du klarte å skape fortjeneste i de første fasene av arbeidet, som å lage et fundament osv.
