Whenever an expenditure or payment application is entered, Planyard automatically updates the contract and budget. It also warns if the data doesn’t match or the invoice doesn’t add up.
You can set the retainage for the contract and have it automatically held back with each progress report. When the warranty period is over, release the retainage. After you do that, a report will be sent to accounting automatically.
When the subcontractors require you to pay them in advance, mark it in the contract. Once done, the subcontractor can deduct it from each progress report automatically.
