B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130ki t\u00fcr in\u015faat proje y\u00f6neticisi vard\u0131r. \u0130lk t\u00fcr, her \u015feyin yolunda oldu\u011funu varsayarak projeye dalar ve sonras\u0131nda maliyetli engellerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131r. \u0130kinci t\u00fcr\u2014daha ak\u0131ll\u0131 olan\u0131\u2014hatalar\u0131 pahal\u0131 sorunlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeden \u00f6nce yakalayan bir <strong>\u00f6n yap\u0131 projesi incelemesi<\/strong> yapar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projenizi (ve b\u00fct\u00e7enizi) kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmak istiyorsan\u0131z, in\u015faat ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce her \u015feyi g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmek zorunludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm sadece ba\u015fka bir teorik k\u0131lavuz de\u011fil. Hatta mevcutlar m\u0131?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Saha analizinden ka\u00e7\u0131nmak pahal\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere yol a\u00e7ar.
